At Vintner Grill, we love sharing our passion about fine cheese. Following are just some of the different types of cheeses offered.
Goat Feta Cheese
This feta is made with 100% Goat's milk and aged for 30 days before it is ready to ship. The aging time gives this cheese the extra sharpness that makes it special. Great in salads and cold items, or enjoy as is.
Truffled Ricotta Cheese
This fresh cheese is great for your favorite recipes or to spread on a cracker. Try adding this special ricotta to a pasta and see what a difference it makes.
Saint Maure Cheese
Great Semi-Soft Goat Cheese. This small wheel has a rind that is similar to Camembert. Great table cheese and is very enjoyable with a glass of your favorite red wine.
This Artisan Camembert is made in the traditional style of the classic made in France. You will find that at the perfect age, the cheese will almost ooze out as you cut it. Our Camembert is made with fresh cow's milk and is aged for about 30 days. The cheese has a mild interior with a sharp exterior of a white mold rind. Great cheese for a cocktail party or small get together.
Chevre Goat Cheese
This Goat Cheese is made fresh daily and has a very unusually smooth texture. The flavor is very mild compared with "typical" goat cheese. This is a great cheese that can be used in almost any recipe as well as eaten by itself or spread on your favorite cracker. The cheese is conveniently packaged in 8 oz. containers.
